The mission of Georgia Mountains Health Services, Inc is to be responsive to the primary and preventative medical and dental needs of our community in a manner that delivers quality care, which is accessible and affordable to all.
Founded
Georgia Mountains Health is a non-profit organization providing medical and dental services. As a federally funded health center, our primary focus is on patient care. Founded in 1984, FQHC opened their Ellijay office in 2000 shortly after offering their dental services located in Blue Ridge GA in 2002. Chatsworth GA opened their doors in the year 2007.
Discount Policy
The mission of Georgia Mountains Health Services, Inc is to be responsive to the primary and preventative medical and dental needs of our community in a manner that delivers quality care, which is accessible and affordable to all.Fees for primary services by our full time staff of Board Certified physicians and nurse practitioners is on a sliding scale basis related to a patients income.Those patients wishing to apply for our sliding fee program must provide proof of income.We participate with most insurance programs including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, United Health, Blue Cross, and others. |
